Called morning of 11/27/2017 to ask if I could drop my car off at 12 and have someone bring me back to work, said yes that would be fine and someone could bring me back. Showed up a few minutes past 12 to drop car off. Guy with beard on phone for 10 minutes and there was a lady already standing at counter waiting on her car. After he got off phone and went to garage to ask something about her car. Came back talk to her and then took her to the garage to show what he was talking about. Never once has this bearded guy even acknowledged that I am standing there. After a total of 20 minutes I left. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO PUGH'S IN WASHINGTON NC AGAIN. This was my 3rd time going to this Pugh's and will never step foot in again, there are to many places in Washington NC to get oil changed to not be acknowledged.
I can't recommend this business any higher than 5 stars or I would. It's so nice to find an honest and honorable auto facility. I am out of town and felt helpless but they treated her perfectly. If you guys read this...I deeply thank you. I believe Thomas was the gentleman in charge of her problem.
I have had employees work on my car for four years. I have never had a problem with employees or service to my car. Fresh popcorn, bottled water and coffee are available. TV is on and chairs are comfortable.
It's hard to find a auto repair shop you can TRUST I have found I can fully trust Pugh's when it comes to having our vehicles serviced! And thats a good thing, highly recommend them!

My daughter is a PA student doing a rotation at a medical facility in Washington. She had car issues so took it to Pugh's. She picked it up and something was still wrong...something new. I fully expected them to take advantage of her and try to milk more money out of her. They did not... but instead handled the situation in a totally first class manner. They had to send her car to the dealership in Greenville for analysis and further repair. They gave her a loaner car! That's unheard of. On top of that, they paid the dealership.
