Bought a floor model sofa from them. Delivery was fast, and they ordered newer cushions for me, since it had been sat on while on the floor, and the middle cushion was softer than the outside ones. Two years later, we still love the couch. Very friendly and accommodating service, and pretty, good quality furniture that isn't overly priced.

Although I ended up purchasing furniture at another location, I can't say enough about Frederick and his patience as I was deciding the den furniture I wished to buy. He is knowledgeable and allows you to browse without feeling pressured. I will definitely be back to shop at Phillips-Wright soon. Thank you Frederick!
