As of this date, my kidneys are so scarred from repeated infections caused by reflux up into my kidneys due to the placement of the damaged ureters. I have constant bladder pain, varying in intensity to the point of being bed ridden. I am on disability because I am unable to work any more.

This is not the first time he has maimed women. You unfortunately will never know about them because he does not have to disclose them. You see he paid them to settle the lawsuits against him. There were a total of 4 in Las Vegas. He also settled with another woman in Franklin, N.C. You can check his history with the state of Las Vegas where he worked and Angel Medical Center in Franklin, NC where he was dismissed from service at that hospital. I chose not to settle because I wanted the women of North Carolina to know what he did to me and others. I took him to court but because he hired other doctors to lie for him and lawyers who so twisted the truth I was unsuccessful to get this on his record. Therefore he can work where ever he wants and his patients will never know the truth.

EVERYTHING I HAVE STATED IS TRUE. YOU CAN VARIFY IT FOR YOURSELF. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON HIM BEFORE YOU LET HIM DO ANY SURGERY ON YOU.

I've gone here for years now. The one thing that I didn't really care for a few times was the small talk with the front desk nurse. Through my paperwork/insurance she noticed my occupation was a truck driver. When I paid for my visit, it was with a check( that shows how long I've been with this place!) My check had a very girlie/feminine design. The front desk nurse made a comment about the girlie check as if just because of my profession, I'm so type of creature. There are women who drive trucks that are still feminine!! LOL that was soooo annoying. Other than that, medically, I've had a really good experience with this facility. The doctors and nurses are very professional.

While they were not mean,, they certainly were not friendly. I was going to the Health Department for my prenatal care but had to go to the Women's Clinic for our ultrasounds so maybe they simply don't like "health department" people, but they were very unfriendly, and when it was time to reveal the gender, our Dr. simply said, "its a boy" with no enthusiasm whatsoever. I understand its her job and she does this everyday, but I still think she should have shown SOME enthusiasm. I also thought it strange that they were this unfriendly until our LAST visit. Suddenly, they were cheerful and nice...coincidence? Maybe, but I don't feel like it.

Dr. Boruszak did a vaginal hysterectomy on me in 2006. During this surgery he cut both, not one but both of my ureters. Hours later I was in surgery again, thanks to the wonderful nurses who cared and monitored me so closely, to have bladder surgery having both of my ureters re-implanted into my bladder. If it had not been for those wonderful nurses who noticed I was not passing urine and a wonderful Urologist who did the second surgery, I would have suffered kidney failure and died.

LET ME ASSURE YOU THAT VIDANT WOMENS CARE IS NOT INVOLVED IN THIS COMMENT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM AND I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST THEM IN ANY MANNER. THIS STATEMENT IS SOLELY MADE BY ME BECAUSE OF MY EXPIERENCE WITH HIM IN FRANKLIN, N.C :

i followed my doctor, dr. calfee, from greenville to washington. when i called to make my first appointment at this new office, i couldnt get any one to answer the phone. i finally dialed "2" for the phone nurse and left a message with the nurse that i was trying to make an appointment but couldnt get through. the nurse called back and told me to leave a voicemail. i did, and a week later i still did not get a response. to make a long story short, i finally got an appointment scheduled. i went to my first appointment, sat in the waiting room, and observed in detail what the receptionist did. the phone rang repeatedly and she never picked up, she was chatting with the other women in the office, at one time she was picking at her teeth in a compact mirror, and then put make-up on. when patients came in to check in, she was rude and "snappy" with them. i talked with my doctor about this, and she blew me off and blamed it on a new phone system. well, that was the last appointment i had with her and will not go back. when i transfered back to greenville, the office had a hard time trying to get my records from washington womens care because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. i referred 3 people to dr. calfee, and all 3 have left for the same reason as me. if it was an emergency and i was trying to get in touch with my doctor, and no one answers the phone, what was i supposed to do? leave a message...? NO! i refuse to sit around and wait for a lazy receptionist to call me back, and i refuse to deal with a doctor who defends the laziness.

Dr. Boruszak showed no compassion for what he had done and actually blamed me for the injuries he did to my ureters. He told me it was from my weight loss or some other anatomical abnormality. None was ever proved. Not once did he take any responsibility for what he did. I did not even receive an "I'm sorry". He is a person with an inflated ego and a god complex.

This email and review is for Allan Boruszak, M.D. I am a former patient of his and I am still suffering because of a injury he caused during my surgery.
