Went to an independent agent and saved over a hundred dollars a month. When I switched and cancelled the policy at State Farm, days later, they took money from my account on auto pay. I called this agency and they said they needed to investigate and would call me back later that afternoon. NO, they didn't call. They can't keep their word and overcharge on too of it!!!!
