My son had no insurance so you pay by sliding scale, it depends on your income how much you pay. my son had no income so they used my income and did not tell me that I'd have to pay for the appointment and also the blood work. I do feel that this was not fair.I Should Have Been Told that the blood work was extra money when talking about having it done for my son. They could have waited until I got paid or I could have given them a post-dated check.

so I'll give the igape 4 stars.

the blood work and the medical appointment should have been all one price not too different prices.

The clinic has a handicap accessible ramp for convenience and the Doctors their really care about there patients well being. The wait time is not that bad and they have a Pharmacy there also.

Not feeling this place. Looking for something better.

My parents have loved and attended Agape for a couple of years now, but today in particular while taking my mother to her appointment I experienced the worst service from a particular doctor. This particular doctor was very agitated and rude when I asked questions about my mothers' health (was not aware asking questions would be an issue). By the end of the appointment, the doctor got up while I was trying to ask one last question, and interrupted by rudely saying "You should have spoken sooner, I have others patients to attend, there is where you can check out" and walked away. I felt very upset by that comment and told my mother for us to leave, she also did not understand why we were treated in that manner.

I work in the medical field myself and understand difficult patients, but in this case, I would NOT agree that asking questions about your well being should be an issue.

but all in all the visit was not that bad except for the money issue it is very hard when you live on a fixed income and you have medical bills and then your kid has medical bills and no insurance.

***This was just my experience with a particular doctor. The staff was helpful when bringing this to their attention. I hope no one else has this same experience

The place was very clean, staff was very helpful.

I have only been going to this clinic since July. My doctor left sometime in the last two weeks and instead of rescheduling her patients immediately, they waited until the day of my appointment to call and tell me I couldn't be seen. Also, I have been waiting for 6 weeks to have a referral done and still don't have an appointment with a specialist. These people are very disorganized and their support staff is very rude. I would not recommend them to anyone.
