Staff go above and beyond to meet the needs of their patients. Each patient is treated with compassion and care and therapist genuinely are concerned about the health of patients. High quality, excellent service.
This is a physical therapist office only..it seems to be confused that's it part of the doctors office but it's not. They have a Great Physical Therapist to help get you feeling better and other Great staff!
You are lucky if they do anything positive for you here and be prepared for a long wait to be seen. Everytime I've been there for myself or my family you will wait for hours to be called it has gotten so out of hand they posted signs to inquire if you have been waiting more than 30 minutes after doing so they say 1 or 2 people ahead of you while 5 more people get called back. On multiple trips there on most occasions no prescriptions were given and nothing accomplished besides taking money. I was just there with my child and left after the waiting room cleared almost twice and never was called back.
Really want to know why there are only 2 reviews. I'm sure there are better doctors offices in Africa than this place. Be prepared to be in there for 4 hours, and watch people walk in way after you but get seen before you because of "different reasons"
