After requesting a quote for boat upholstry, I was told to bring the parts in. Jessica filled out the paperwork and wrote very clearly, "call with estimate". There was never a call and Jessica was "out" every time I called. When I went and saw the owner, Mark, he said the work was already under way and would not give a price. I could not take the parts back because they were off site. When I finally picked up the parts the bill was astronomical. For six basic cushions, two were eight inches long bulsters, the labor was $795. That is $20 per hour for a 40 work week. Mark, the owner later had the ordacity to say that was a discounted price. It would have been $1,095. in labor or $27.30 per hour for 40 hours. (For upholstery, not mechanical work and the receipt says nothing of the discount) The owner Mark did not deal honestly, has no integrity and never oncAfter requesting a quote for boat upholstery, I was told to bring the parts in. While visiting Washington we found a leak in our raw water pump on the engine of our Eagle 40. We contacted Mark Henley at McCotters. It was a Thursday afternoon when we met with Mark to discuss our problem, we were scheduled to depart on Monday. He ordered the part, got it overnighted and installed the next day not delaying our departure. McCotters is an outstanding boatyard. The staff are very friendly and competent. I highly recommend them! In fact we plan to visit again this coming Spring to have our bottom done! Thank you so much for your super service Mark and Danny! See you in the Spring!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at McCotters Marina. We kept our 42' sailboat (6' draft) at the dock for three months from late April to late July 2017. We were travelling from the Bahamas to Florida and then northbound up the ICW. In April we needed to fly back to Canada for a couple of months and McCotters was the perfect place for us to leave our boat during our absence - a safe place at a good price. The marina location is a slight detour off the ICW but the price makes it well worthwhile especially if you need a dock for a prolonged time period. Although the entrance was shallow we had no trouble getting our 6' draft sailboat into an outer slip. We found Mark and his staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful, often going the extra mile to make sure all our needs were met. While we were away from our boat we had many parts and boat items shipped to the marina - all were waiting for us upon our arrival back. We were very pleased with our stay at McCotters and would not hesitate to visit there again. Thank you Mark & staff.

One of the staff agreed to us paying him for sailing lessons and didn't fulfill his commitment. Frustrating.

Scenic location. Clean bathrooms. Affordable wet slip rental. Kind staff.

Fantastic and friendly service. The work hard to make everything a good experience. The went above and beyond my expectations!
