Stopped in for the first time today to grab some lunch. Did not like it, there was know flavor and no life to the meal. I got the special which came with two dogs and didn't even waste my time with the second. Was not impressed at all, regardless of all the ravings I have heard, and no, it is not a North vs. South thing.
Edit: still not my favorite, but I have been back several times since. Part of my initial disappointment was due to the hype from others I am sure. Raised rating from 2 to 3 stars.

Been eating Bill's Hotdogs all my life. Best anywhere. Lovetheir chilli, that is what it is all about. You DON'T go to Bill's to order a dog with just Mustard !
