Pure convenience, as you can shop for greatly discounted used clothing and purchase your weed/crack needs all in the same neighborhood. The store closes at 4pm, which is great as you certainly don't want to be caught walking around this area after sunset.
The books are great. Clothes are good. Furniture is sturdy looking. You can find some real treasures here.
