Customer Service is rude, inconvenient, and refuse to admit fault when they make mistakes. Would not recommend, and would pay more for Verizon to not deal with these people.
My friend and I went to US Cellular in Washington NC and to get my number changed. The US Cellular Associate (Ashle') was very helpful.
Sucks.
Terrible service
Unspeakable customer service 1 guy has been standing at the register to make a payment with no one there for 20 minutes. 1 of the staff stood there looking at people for 30 minutes before helping anyone. It usually takes us about 1-2 hours to get service and they renewed 1 phone on my plan for another 2 year contract and we weren't even here for that phone. Sick of this place!
